As a cooperating foreman, in addition to cooperating on the shop floor, you will be partly responsible for staffing and handling complaints and damages. In addition, you are able to keep an overview, coach your colleagues and make sure everyone is doing the right things at the right time. By the end of the day, under your energetic leadership, the job is done!
Skills Needed
Experience as a logistician is a must, preferably in a leadership role. All our colleagues have VCA, so willingness to get that is a must. In addition, it is desirable that the foreman has or will obtain a reach truck certificate.
